CMCF supports Fellowships for pediatric specialists to attend international pediatric medical conferences, seminars and symposia. Examples include:
- First Polish-American Seminar on Neonatal Care in Poznan organized by Professor Jolanta Twarowska (often referred to as the mother of Polish Neonatology), Professor Joan Hodgman (often referred to as the mother of Modern Neonatology) and Professor Michael P. Sherman. CMCF has also supported subsequent professional meetings in the intervening 33+ years.
